The modern Katowice Hub office, whose interiors were designed according to the principles of sustainable development, is located in the city centre of Katowice, Poland.
We are working in the hybrid way to use the time spent in the office to influence collaboration and straighten the team spirit, using special designed for this purpose office areas.
FUNCTION INTRODUCTION
Global Supply Chain Finance Service Operations Junior Manager gives support to the Factory finance teams by performing various day to day operational activities for them, discussing and sharing relevant information and assumptions behind these activities so that factory finance teams can concentrate on their core business partnering tasks.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Supporting Factory Month End Closure process (Accrual calculation, Toll Fee, journal entries)
Communicating of financial results and variance analysis towards stakeholders
Supporting Fixed asset related tasks (Marlin system, FA capitalization/disposal, inventories, capex forecasting)
Blackline (journal entries) posting for all sites -mainly during month ends
Ensuring that local controls are up to standard and that local legal requirements are met in the areas of competence
Sundry sales support where relevant
Restructuring’s invoices
Providing support in factory budgeting, forecasting and weekly reporting process where relevant
Providing ad hoc analysis if needed
Providing relevant support for internal/external audits, statistical report for authorities
Participating in EU projects related to standardization, digitalization, automation or new process implementation
Participating in knowledge transfer processes
Updating procedures, operation instructions and other documentation with process scope.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Finance graduate with at lest 3–4-year experience in Finance department
Experience on independent position
Experience in building up or transforming processes
Project Management, knowledge transfer or production controlling experience would be an adventage
