Role Title: Philippines Ice Cream Go-To-Market Supply Chain Excellence Lead

MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The role is responsible for ensuring that the overall Go-To-Market Supply Chain (Plan, CX, and Logistics) is sufficiently developed to meet Supply Chain ambitions and that these are executed as per plan. The GTM SC Excellence Lead drives the Performance Management, Process and Operational Improvements, and lands the Go-To-Market Digital agenda for Philippines.  This role reports to the PH Ice Cream Country Supply Chain Head and works closely with the PH Integrated Planning Lead, PH Customer Service & Logistics Lead and their respective teams.

JOB SUMMARY

• Lead the GTM Supply Chain performance management for PH Ice Cream. Prepare the performance dashboard and analytics to support S&OP/SOE, Planning, and Logistics processes
• Able to challenge status quo and drive for structural improvement programs on Service, Forecast Accuracy, Cash (Inventory) and Net Productivity/Costs (Logistics and Business Waste) to achieve PH Ice Cream Targets.
• Lead (for Go To Market SC specific pillars) and input/represent Go To Market SC for relevant 5S/Net Productivity/team workshops
• Collaborate with the other Asia GTM SC Excellence Leads in TH, China, and Indonesia to drive for standardization and simplification across market processes, collaborating with cross-functional team. Ensure flow of best practices to and from THMYSG to rest of Asia/global.
• Lead the Digital Agenda for PH Ice Cream across GTM Supply Chain. Land new initiatives and tools in line with Ice Cream roll out and ambition. Drive and track the adoption of the tools and accelerate upskilling for PH.
• In-charge of the overall capability building of the GTM SC Team (Planning, CX, and Logistics). Conduct Onboarding Trainings for the foundational learnings of the new hires
• Work closely with the Global team to align and drive Performance Management, Process Standardization and Digital Tools development for PH.
• Represent PH in the Asia GTM SC Excellence Community of Practice and align on the overall improvements for the region

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (preferably IE, Management Engineering, Logistics, etc)
• At least 5 years of Go To Market SC experience (Plan, Customer Service, and/or Logistics) or Supply Chain Related Functions.
• E2E supply chain knowledge across Plan, Source, Make and Deliver.
• Strong communication, influencing (verbal and written), interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, lead, and deliver results through virtual networks.
• Digital & Technology Savvy
• Project Management Skills
• An “outside-in” mind-set.
• Ability to work effectively with various cultures with minimal to no supervision.
