JOB PURPOSE
To ensure the seamless execution of regional operations and sales objectives through effective coordination, policy implementation, and logistic support, while acting as the primary liaison between the regional office and various departments.


WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • To ensure that all-operational functions of the Regional Office are carried out effectively in consultation with Geography Sales Manager.
  • To ensure that all appropriate measures are taken for implementation of agreed policies.
  • To ensure Geography Sales are achieved through effective logistic support.
  • To act as officiating Geography Sales Manager in his absence on Leave or long absence due to any other reason.
  • To ensure effective co-ordination with the Regional Team i.e. AM’s, TM’s, along with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and CSD department for continuity of smooth operations.
  • Review and monitor DBR / Dispatch plan in co-ordination with CSD on weekly basis.
  • Manage distributor inventory as per given guidelines and proactive actions relating to excess stock, stock shortages & damaged stock.
  • Preparation of Annual Budget for Regional Office and controlling by putting effective measure to ensure the expenses remain within the limits.
  • Jointly responsible with GSM for the determination of sales objectives and drawing up plans to achieve these plans.
  • Counterfeit/ Infringement reporting to the concerned as per the laid standard operating procedure.
  • Data analytical support to Field colleagues.
  • Communication of trade / Consumer activities to distributors and field team.
  • Ensure all the submissions and returns to H/O are sent on time.
  • Ensure that records are properly maintained in the file and management information is prepared and sent in time and all necessary support and information are provided to the sales team.
  • To follow up with debtors and outstanding payment against cheque bouncing.
  • To organize and actively participate in the JC meeting and conduct/chair these meetings in the absence of Regional Manager.
  • To analyze, process and report to Sales Dept. H.O. all quality complaints for company’s products.



WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Area Manager with 3 – 5 Years of overall sales experience
