Job Title: Assistant HR Manager - Sales (Organised Trade)
Work Location: Mumbai Regional Office - Belapur
Main purpose of job:
Part of the overall Sales HR Partnering team, supporting the Organised Trade business in the Mumbai RO. The role will work closely with the Organised Trade leadership team to drive the People Strategy for the function. The role reports into the Senior Sales HRBP for India.

Workforce Planning for Organised Trade organization
Lead the Organised Trade Executive Trainee program
Capability:
Manage the Network for WL1A-2C Capability Agenda. LMs to design and deliver the program content E2E
Effective deployment of global learning Programs
Build a Strong Induction program for New Hires delivered at defined Cadence
Culture:
Management of Organised Trade Salespersons.
Design the Wellbeing agenda for Organised Trade and leverage Global Health & Wellbeing for execution
Designing and driving formal Coaching/Mentoring intervention for Leadership team members
Experience and qualifications required:
Ability to network and build relationships
Ability to influence stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills & Data analytics experience
Ability to design & deliver initiatives end to end
Excellent attention to detail, rigour and data management
Effective communication skills among diverse audiences
