Finance Executive (1 Year Contract)

Job Title: Finance Executive (1 Year Contract)

Location: Cambodia

Purpose: To be focal point of contact providing finance, administrative and operational supports under Finance function and work collaboratively with CD Operations, marketing and Distributors for both Cambodia and Laos.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end monthly distributors’ claims with commercial team on invoice claim verification, cross check with proposal/scheme sign-off, supporting calculation and other supporting document to ensure on-time, accuracy and completeness with proper approvals.

• Prepare journal entry posting on claims, reclassification or adjustment on-time with proper approvals and accuracy in SAP system.

• Communicate announcements to internal team including cut-off timeline and control & governance related matters.

• File management on hard copy of original invoices with supporting documents and calculations, and send to document storage management agency and file soft copies and supporting documents in SharePoint sites.

• Support on certain monthly tax requirements on distributors’ claims and other internal and external audit requirements.

• Other tasks/ad-hoc projects assigned by Line Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in finance/accounting/audit or management.

• Good in Excel, Word, Power Point

• Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Committed to the task given and timeline with accuracy and accountability

• Ability to build relationships internally or cross function.

• Good written and verbal communication in both Khmer and English language

• Willing to learn or explore new tasks/ad-hoc projects as assigned
