KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build consumer understanding to support long‑term brand strategy and annual planning.
- Lead brand responsibilities for UFS, Hellmann’s & Knorr, along with selected marketing projects.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, and global teams on brand development and execution across CZ & SK.
- Co‑create Brand Marketing Plans and develop annual marketing & communication plans, including launches, PR, digital strategy, and activations.
- Participate on preparation of communication strategies and oversee end‑to‑end execution of digital and offline campaigns.
- Manage creative and media briefs; coordinate with creative and media agencies.
- Oversee and manage CZSK websites content & SEO and support Baltics; run Direct Marketing and the Loyalty Program; develop SOME strategy and content calendar with the digital agency.
- Monitor spendings of BMI budget, reporting, and performance; lead local and global B2B marketing projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. of 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Digital & Offline Marketing
- Previous experience in managing innovation projects, executing media plans, adapting communication, executing packaging designs
- Ability to handle complex agenda, with multiple tasks
- Growth mindset and customer/consumer focus
- Proactive approach, team player
- Ability to read and work with data
- Great skills in briefing creative/research/media agencies; skilled in judging creative assets
- Czech/Slovak - native, English - fluent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in FMCG area

- Fixed term contract
