We’re looking for a new team member to join the marketing team behind Dove, Rexona, Axe, and Vaseline as a Marketing Intern. This is your chance to gain hands‑on experience in brand marketing and dive into our beauty & personal care categories. If you follow marketing trends, wonder how products make it onto store shelves, and you’re passionate about world of beauty and personal care, this opportunity was made for you.

This year, we’re preparing a number of exciting campaigns, with our biggest one focused on sports. You’ll contribute to marketing and sales strategies within the Personal Care category and become the right hand of our Brand Managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the growth of a dynamic department and in time running your own independent projects with impact across Czech and Slovak organization
• Helping develop the Rexona, Axe, and Dove brands
• Collaborating with the Brand Managers on digital and influencer campaigns
• Assisting the team with administrative tasks (price lists, invoice processing, portfolio catalog updates)
• Participating in additional hands on activities that will prepare you to become a strong, well rounded marketer in the future

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Student of marketing/data analysis/communication/media/management/business or related fields
• Independence and common sense
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing and retail
• Willingness to communicate and support marketing activities
• Analytical thinking and business orientation
• Solid Excel skills
• Experience with PowerPoint or Power BI
• Fluent Czech/Slovak and English — you’ll communicate daily with colleagues in the Czech & Slovak Republic and abroad
