JOB PURPOSE

CD Execution In-Store Accounts will be placed on a 6-month paid extracurricular full-time internship within the Personal Care e Beauty&Wellbeing Customer Development team, starting in May 2025. 

Interns will work in our stores in the following region:   PESARO

Our Junior In-Store Accounts are responsible for managing and improving the visibility of BPC products and brands within the shops through Negotiation, Consultancy and Analysis activities in the relevant area.  

This internship does NOT take place in the office, but consists of operational activities aimed at ensuring the correct presence of Ice Cream products on the shelves and displays in the various stores. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Implementation of promotional material to increase product visibility. 

- Coordination with head office for the elaboration of a strategic plan for the optimal assortment of products in store.  

- Negotiation of in-store display spaces at promotional events.  

- Evaluation of visual and commercial effects of BPC product positioning.  

- Verification of sales increases through collected data.  

- Driving between different stores in the relevant area. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

SKILLS:  

  • Strong result orientation. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.  
  • Proactivity, enterprising spirit, entrepreneurial mentality.  
  • Strong aptitude for work organisation and precision. 
  • Problem solving and flexible reasoning.  
  • Dynamism.  
  • Ability to work in a team. 

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:     

  • Recent Bachelor/Master graduates in Economics, Marketing, Communication and related disciplines.  
  • Good knowledge of the English language. (Min. B2). 
  • Good data processing and reading skills and a natural inclination for negotiation.  
  • Be in possession of a B licence (no new drivers).
