FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

CSP “Customer Strategy and Planning” Team in HOME CARE represents a key and strategic function that has the role to enhance Internal Salesfunction, Category management and Shopper Marketing. Its primary goal is to deliver the commercial plan through developing and deploying Category Growth Strategies to Market. 

JOB PURPOSE

Being part of the CSP team means be part of a cross-functional team and partner with internal key stakeholders such as sales, marketing and supply chain team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing category vision and action plan to support the category growth (not only for U brands);
  • Ensure smooth executions across channel and customer by constant tracking the progress of each project;
  • Co-Developed innovation launch pack with marketing team since campaign development, channels & activation plan & promo guidelines;
  • Ensure On time in full (OTIF) NPD launch into market with readiness in all touchpoints e.g. POSM management, sufficient pipeline volumes planning, promotional activities;
  • Provide promotion guideline and rules based on learning from post-evaluation and deliver category objectives;
  • Work together with the CBD teams to develop and sell-in optimal customer plans, covering important areas such as pricing, promotions, innovation and assortment;
  • Building an effective and holistic Below The Line activity plan;
  • Responsibility for sell out performances and market analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Customer Business Development, Customer Strategy Planning or Marketing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Studies or Science. Master's degree would be a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Open minded and curious.
  • Good knowledge of category and retailers dynamics.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Fluent English.

Work location:

  • Hybrid – Rome, Italy
  • Flexible to come to Rome whenever asked and needed.
