Salary: 50-72K€ gross per year depending on background and experience.

ABOUT HOME CARE BUSINESS
Home Care is a strategic growth category within Unilever, featuring €bn brands such as Omo, Domestos, and Comfort. The category is highly competitive and dynamic, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and brand activation. We are present in a wide range of retail archetypes (Modern Retail trade, Distributor trade and DCom) each with its own commercial dynamics.
The role sits in the Global Home Care Customer Strategy & Planning (CSP) team is filled with strong talent, positive energy, high engagement, and a true winning mentality.
JOB PURPOSE
The Home Care CSP NRM (Net Revenue Management) Analyst will support our mission to advance the Home Care Bright Future Action Plan. Working closely with CSP teams across markets and Business Units, this role will drive the NRM agenda and accelerate the key initiatives in select markets with a NRM lens. You will be delivering NRM projects on Pricing, PPA (Price Pack Architecture) and Trade Investment along with local market NRM teams to ensure Home Care delivers balanced and strong growth.
The NRM analyst will drive the NRM Must-Do agenda and track key initiatives across markets. They will bring a proactive, data-driven approach, helping to track and refine NRM strategies that align with global priorities and deliver value for categories and customers.
WHAT CAN THIS ROLE OFFER YOU?
Team members in the Global Home Care team have gone into roles in local markets in Home Care and across other Business Groups. This role is an excellent opportunity to build all-round understanding of CSP and build out your personal Business Acumen and Passion for High Performance toolkit. Roles that team members have moved to are category CSP & CSP Category Management.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
Deliver the Homecare NRM agenda
- Support the execution of the NRM agenda across Business Group-led markets and aligned to the BG OKRs of Strategic Price Index (SPI), PPA and Trade Investment delivery.
- Conduct market pilots in key regions, developing best practices for channel-specific execution that can be scaled globally.
- Identifying gaps in NRM delivery across topics in markets and proposing opportunities to close gaps.
- Track and analyze pilot outcomes, providing actionable insights to enhance NRM strategy across markets.
Support Home Care CSP performance agenda
- Collaborate across the CSP and wider stakeholder field to drive a winning Home Care business. You will be actively collaborating with the Finance performance Management team and other functions such as Customer Business Development (CBD) to identify and propose opportunities for growth.
- Consistently track Pricing realization performance across markets and identify areas of growth.
Capability Building & Tooling Development
- Contribute to the rollout of critical NRM tools across major markets and channels.
- Support CSP team capability-building initiatives, helping establish best practices for NRM and sharing across markets.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Up to 5 years of experience in customer development, category management, or related functions within FMCG. Specific NRM experience is a big plus.
- Strong hard skills on analytics with a data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with digital tools and a commitment to execution excellence.
- Passion for understanding customer and shopper behavior, with the ability to support impactful commercial initiatives.
