HR Internship - Talent Attraction, Development, and Employee Experience

As an intern in the Human Resources Department your ideas will drive impactand your creativity will take center stage.

The team will provide you with opportunities to support projects such as Talent Attraction Events, develop social media strategies, enhance networking and stakeholder management skills, provide HR advice, and improve employee experience.

This isn’t just about learning – it’s about leading! Here’s what your journey will look like:

• Manage and organize HR Talent Attraction Events & Trainee learning roadmap.

• Develop social media strategy (content selection and creation).

• Enhance networking and stakeholder management skills.

• Provide HR advice to employees, improve knowledge on HR policies, practices, and labor law.

• Work on projects/lead small projects to improve employee experience.

• Understand the importance of employee experience in a business context.

You’re the perfect fit if:

• You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting 25th August or 1stSeptember 2025(minimum 32 hours/week).

• You’reenrolled(3rd or 4th year) in a university or applied sciences program during the internship.

• You have a clear interest in people, talent, and Human Resources topics. This can be demonstrated through studies (such as organizational psychology, HR, etc.) or experiences (like volunteering, supporting and connecting people, giving sports classes, etc.). 

• You have a strong interest in social media and content writing.

• Event management and networking skills are beneficial and can be further developed during the internship.

• Excellent command of English is a must.
