JOB PURPOSE:

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Source to Pay Lead for Indirect Procurement, to serve as the Global Functional Partner to Procurement during our SAP S4/HANA deployment and mid-term digital procurement strategy. In this critical role, you will lead the transformation from current (“as-is”) to future (“to-be”) state, identifying and driving harmonization and simplification opportunities, standardizing data models, unifying process and technology, and overseeing data migration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and alignment with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

All responsibilities are centered around Procurements indirect material domains:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the respective domain(s), including but not limited to: marketing services, media, marketing materials, outsourcing, HR, business services, workforce, IT, Capex and utilities.

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions focused on the S2P process for indirect procurement

  • Co-lead the adoption of P2P automation tools (such as SAP Ariba or Coupa) for efficiency

  • Analyze current S2P processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement in the SAP system

  • Implement best practices and features within SAP to enhance efficiency and productivity in procurement and payment processes

  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the SAP system

  • Provide support to users post go-live, addressing any issues identified

  • Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the data migration process, ensuring all procurement and payment data is correctly entered and maintained

  • Generate and analyze reports from the sap system to provide insights into procurement performance and spending patterns

  • Serve as a liaison between the business, our integration partner and procurement solution providers

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and procurement policies

  • Identify and mitigate risk associated with the S2P process through effective system controls

  • Provide regular reporting and status updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, milestones, and any potential issues or challenges. Foster open communication channels to facilitate transparency and collaboration

  • Lead initiatives for process improvement and automation within the S2P function for direct materials

This role will exist in its current form until the end of 2027.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or a related field

  • Proven experience with SAP systems specific to procurement, preferably in the context of SAP S4/HANA

  • Experience with implementing indirect procurement tools such as Ariba or Coupa.

  • Strong understand of the Source to Pay process and procurement best practices

  • Broad understanding of procurement processes

  • Strong track record of driving change and innovation, with the ability to think outside the box and embrace an agile and growth mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across business and technical functions to achieve project milestones.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical data solutions and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to procurement.

  • Result-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to travel globally to support market-specific requirements during design, build and deployment of the project.
