Position: RGM & Performance Analyst – Food Business Unit

About the Role:
As the RGM & Performance Analyst for the Food Business Unit, you will play a key role in implementing Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy at the heart of Unilever’s Food operations in France. You’ll report directly to the RGM Manager, who reports to the General Manager of the BU. This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and have a direct impact on both growth and profitability.

The role offers a full-spectrum view of the different levers used to manage business performance—from pricing and promotions to mix and pack architecture—putting you at the center of strategic decision-making.

Your Responsibilities:

• RGM Analysis & Recommendations:
  You will conduct in-depth analyses of our product portfolio, pricing, promotional performance, and pack-price architecture by channel. Based on these insights, you will deliver strategic recommendations for the Food teams to action.

• Sell-Out Performance Tracking:
  You will monitor the sell-out performance of our products across customers and consumers, identify growth opportunities, and suggest concrete levers to improve market performance.

• Forecasting & Planning Support:
  You will contribute to accurate sales forecasting, helping our factories and cross-functional teams plan effectively and ensure product availability.

• Collaboration & Strategic Support:
  You will work closely with the brand and category owners, supporting them in identifying the right levers to unlock profitable growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A sharp, autonomous, and proactive analyst with a strong ability to synthesize complex data and collaborate across teams

• A first experience in FMCG, retail, or customer development is a strong asset.

• Fluency in both English and French is required, along with solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a strong plus
