Main Responsibilities
This role supports the development and deployment of digital tools, data systems, and analytics capabilities that enhance innovation, compliance, and operational efficiency within the Personal Care category.
Data Integration & Governance: Ensuring robust data management practices across R&D systems, including specification databases, regulatory compliance tools, and innovation tracking platforms.
Digital Capability Building: Supporting the upskilling of R&D teams in digital tools and platforms, enabling smarter decision-making and faster innovation cycles.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global Digital teams to align digital initiatives with business priorities
Innovation Support: Providing digital and data support throughout the innovation lifecycle—from pre-start to post-launch—ensuring that product designs meet internal standards and regulatory requirements
Regional Coordination: Acting as a liaison between Indonesia and Greater Asia R&D teams to harmonize digital strategies and share best practices.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Having experience working in FMCG company specifically data and digital role for at least 1 year would be an advantage
Hold a bachelor degree in any Science or Engineering major
Skill
Strong inner game in personal mastery (always try to bring the best of him/herself), Good agility (constantly curious and have thirst for learning new things), Good ability to work with team and strong leadership skill to navigate people that are not reporting to him/her
