Business Context: Direct Taxes are the taxes levied on profit, from here the employee will:
manage direct taxes in a collaborative environment;
interact with other of areas of the group (finance, marketing, sales);
be introduced to company´s businesses;
work for and with the decision makers.
Main Purpose: Support the company on the management and reporting of direct taxes, being compliant, optimizing cash flow and being aware of company´s profitability, these are the direct tax contribution to the Group Sustainable Living Plan Goal.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Direct taxes calculation and reporting (IRPJ and CSLL) current, deferred and contingent, also taxes on cross border transactions (royalties, cost sharing, dividends, interest, CIDE, IOF, etc);
Understanding of Gaap Differences concept such as Brazil Gaap, IFRS, USGAAP;
Transfer Pricing calculation;
Obtain and maintain tax incentives (Lucro da Exploração, InovaçãoTecnológica, Lei Rouanet, etc);
Revision and supervision of calculations payments and tax returns;
Tax contingent and exposure control;
Analyzing and interpretation of direct tax law;
Direct Tax Planning (M&A, new business models, etc);
Direct tax forecast;
ETR;
Tax reports local and to global;
Business Partnering to other areas – consultancy;
Tax auditing – internal and external;
Tax inspection – tax authorities.
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree completed;
Experience in Corporate Income Taxes (IRPJ and CSLL) and remittances;
English communication – writing, reading, for calls and meetings;
Tax and Accounting knowledge.
