PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming our business on the foundations of Digital and AI? As the BU Strategy, Portfolio & Change Lead, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation, optimizing costs, and ensuring seamless alignment between UniOps and BG-BU objectives. This role is your chance to make a significant impact and lead us into the future!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Strategic Visionary: You'll develop and implement strategic roadmaps that translate BG strategy into actionable plans, presenting opportunities and impacts to our leadership teams.
  • Master of Performance: Formulate clear vision and strategy to drive digital capabilities, ensuring they align with BG/BU priorities and goals.
  • Program Champion: Own the BU roadmap, track impact, and provide visibility on costs, benefits, and timelines. You'll be the go-to source for value realization with UniOps tools.
  • Risk Navigator: Identify and escalate risks related to digital initiatives, ensuring smooth sailing for our projects.
  • Governance Guru: Support KPI definition for digital transformation projects, track adoption, and ensure prioritization decisions are made effectively.
  • Continuous Innovator: Advocate for user-centric design, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and drive superior experiences to deliver value realization.
  • Adoption Advocate: Ensure UniOps products are embraced by end users, monitoring and tracking adoption metrics.
  • Change Maestro: Oversee training strategies, gather feedback, and continuously iterate to optimize training effectiveness and adoption.

WHO CAN APPLY:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Strategy, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in strategy development, program or change management, or digital transformation, ideally within a multinational or matrixed organization.
  • A background in FMCG, consulting, technology, or shared services is a strong plus.
  • Experience in managing or leading complex transformation programs, digital product adoption, or portfolio management.
  • Previous exposure to stakeholder engagement, governance frameworks, and user adoption strategies.
