Main Job Purpose:
Support portfolio management of KNORR Professional category in Korea by coordinating innovation & renovation, overseeing day to day product management, supporting sales team with relevant product claims & selling materials. Support local execution activities across online and offline to grow brand and product awareness to targeted operators.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:
Portfolio Management (Innovation & Renovation)
- Manage SKU incoming schedules and coordinate with local & global stakeholders to check & keep up to date any and all renovations (packaging artwork, ingredient lists, claims, allergens) to ensure smooth build up.
- Track portfolio performance via P&L (MTD, YTD), report fluctuations or risks and recommend adequate actions to ensure profitable portfolio
- Support Innovation and product launches via market & competitor benchmarking, drafting the business case and actively track network timeline for timely launches
- Benchmark competitor product pricing & claims then apply knowledge into best-in-class product claims and channel specific sales materials (product selling stories, menu proposals & decks, eCOM product pages)
Go‑to‑Market & Activation
- Support targeted offline events ranging from product trainings, customer demos, trade fairs or exhibitions from planning to execution. Contribute strong product claims and relevant materials, branded POSM, chef events to build both product and brand awareness.
- Support digital content creation across digital platforms and help execute chef engagement activities both on & offline.
- Track promotion performance in key operator groups and recommend areas of improvement from data driven insights.
Sales Support
- Manage and share internally documents related to portfolio – including but not limited to import documents, product testing reports etc. Help answer sales & customer inquiries regarding products making sure right information is being shared externally.
- Support monthly BMI execution and reporting for local & global stakeholders
Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 1-2 years experience with product/portfolio management
- Past experience with product renovation, renewals or managing imported products
- Strong communicator with experience working with multiple teams and across geographies
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to speak & write in English and Korean
