Job Title: Beauty & Wellbeing PH FBP – Skin & D-Commerce
Location: BGC Office, Philippines
Support the Beauty & Wellbeing business in the Philippines, specifically the Skin Category and D-Commerce channel, by providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to drive business performance and enable sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning & Performance Management
Assist in annual business planning and help align financial frameworks with category and channel priorities.
Monitor in-year business performance and provide timely variance analysis to ensure delivery of targets.
Support long-term planning using relevant financial models and tools.
Innovation Business Case
Co-create innovation business plans with cross-functional partners to help future proof and drive premiumization agenda
Decision Support & Analysis
Provide financial analysis and actionable insights to support decisions on promotions, brand investments, and marketing activities.
Prepare business cases for new product launches, D-Commerce initiatives, and other projects as required.
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.
Budget & Cost Management
Support budget tracking for Gross Margin (GM), and Local Overheads (OH) for Skin Category and D-Commerce.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (CPA/CMA) are a plus.
Atleast 2 to 3 years in finance roles (FP&A, reporting, or business partnering). Background or experience in D-Commerce/Social Commerce/FMCG is preferred
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) and proficiency in English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
Resilient, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results.
