Job Context & Purpose
This position entails working on one of Unilever’s most iconic global brands and a Philippines local jewel – Cream Silk. Creamsilk is the #1 Postwash brand in the Philippines and is currently a 140mEur business for Unilever.
As Cream Silk Innovation Assistant Brand Manager, you will support the development and execution of innovation projects that bring Cream Silk’s purpose and promise to life for Filipino consumers. This role is a great opportunity to build strong foundations in brand building, innovation, and consumer engagement while working closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
You will be based in the Philippines and report to the Cream Silk Innovation & Engagement Lead.
Main Accountabilities
· Support Brand Strategy & Planning
Assist in the development of brand plans and campaigns by gathering insights, analyzing market data, and supporting the creation of compelling brand stories.
· Innovation & Project Management
Help manage innovation projects from idea to launch, including coordinating timelines, preparing project documentation, and working with internal teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth execution.
· Consumer & Market Insighting
Participate in consumer research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, needs, and opportunities that can shape future innovations and campaigns.
· Campaign Development & Execution
Support the development of communication materials and digital content in collaboration with creative and media agencies. Help track campaign performance and consumer feedback.
· Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of brand initiatives.
To succeed in this role, it will require:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related fields
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
