TOM has established principles for the FET Centre of Excellence (CoE) to be the process experts by owning end-to-end management reporting, providing data, and turning it into insights to support performance. They aim to provide future-fit processes by maximizing Greater Asia & Indonesia FET capabilities through a Centre of Excellence (CoE), scaling up Data and Analytics to streamline data and develop future platforms. They support highly standardised processes across Business Units (BU) to enable BU to drive critical interventions and act as process expertise for forecasting, budget controls, variance analytics and data & analytics.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The S&OP Project Manager is an integrated role into the overall S&OP and Data and Analytics (D&A) workstream of the CoE and will lead the future change management agenda of S&OP simplification, harmonization and automatization across Greater Asia during mid 2025, while the BAU team will land existing changes in the region as part of the TOM BC.

The role will report into the CoE lead for S&OP and D&A will co-create the vision for world-class S&OP management in the cluster across technology, process and organization. The manager will drive this in full coordination with both local stakeholders across BUs and Customer Operations, as well as the global customer operations excellence team (Global S&OP Playbook). The role does not have direct reports, but will work with numerous cross-functional team members.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Co-Create a north-star vision for world-class S&OP management in Greater Asia
  • Lead the change management agenda across finance, customer operations, CD and marketing as part of that vision
  • Ensure critical milestones are being met throughout 2025
  • Create a cross-functional strategy for S&OP across harmonized technology, process and organizational set up across all countries and BUs
  • Support the BAU CoE team on identifying and creating a holistic loss-tree analyses of inefficiencies not yet tackled
  • Create a strategy for implementing the concept of materiality for SKU & channel management per country, that shifts the business’ focus away from total portfolio analyses towards value moments
  • Ensure full compliance of S&OP ways of working against audit requirements and recommendations in the region
  • Identifying opportunities for processes and information management leveraging tools and technology working with D&A

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CMA certification a plus.
  • At least 7 Years relevant experiences in FMCG/Finance Partnering
  • Resilient, able to cope with time pressure and challenges, thrives in change, agility and flexibility to business changes and land sustainable solutions
  • Experience in driving data-driven insights and analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Business Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, PowerBI, Flow)
  • Fluency in English

Skills

  • Proven track record of being an effective team player in a complex operating environment and driving process excellence.
  • Process expert capability; decision support and evaluation of projects.
  • Ability to build networks and manage senior stakeholders.  This role will require multiple stakeholder engagement across finances.
  • Ability to develop and nurture a big team, also manage them virtually in many locations.
  • Understanding of accounting standards, Business analytical skill, Business acumen, Business Processes and Systems Information
  • Organizing and prioritizing, Attention to detail, Accuracy, Communication skill, Information Management Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Teamwork, Work under pressure to meet the deadline.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written), Strong interpersonal skills, relationship builder, Good organizational and leadership skills.
