Our Customer Development team is embarking on an exciting journey, we are looking for an Assistant Visibility Manager who will be part of the CARE team.

What can you expect from the role?

• Become a part of a high-energy team of CARE, blending in a highly fast-paced environment.
• Gain a holistic visibility of the Modern Trade business specifically for Local Modern Trade and Modern Trade Key Account in Kalimantan.
• Build expertise in execution and operational excellence.  
• Exposure to large stakeholders, internal and external. 

the role is accountable for end-to-end POSM & In-store Activation from production to deployment by:

• Delivering OTIF of POSM Operations & Deployment and In-store activation
• Monitoring full year budget & data Asset POSM
• Vendor & Logistics Management: Collaborate with procurement on managing suppliers and third parties' performance
• Collaborate with BU & Channel development in developing POSM & In-store Activation
• Automate network deployment tracking: VizeTrack System Leadership
• Stakeholder management

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in GT/MT/LMT
• (For Internal Applicants) Has been in current position for at least 2 years by 1st of July 2025.
• Possess strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
• Agile, proactive and curious. 
• Strong commitment and results oriented. 
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
