Job Purpose

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do –Audience Activation Specialist, Digital Channel Specialist, Data Acquisition & Partnership, Lead influencer marketing strategy, and manage critical partnership with key influencers this job is for you!

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation and data-driven marketing by advising brands, creating and managing audiences across multiple platforms, and driving the collection of 1st party data.

  • Drive digital media execution and innovation by developing and optimizing holistic media plans, running compliant paid social campaigns, and pioneering new media and data-driven marketing approaches.

  • Partner with data and marketing technology providers to identify and maximize business value, maintain and refresh contracts, and conduct periodic audits of technology solutions.

  • Support local data-marketing initiatives by delivering digital marketing and commerce campaigns, providing case studies to demonstrate best practices and ROI, and training the organization on building and managing paid social campaigns.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with the brand's objectives, target audience, and budget, including events and trips as needed.

  • Identify, vet, and onboard a diverse roster of influencers who align with the brand's values, cultivating strong, long-term relationships and managing the influencer briefing process to ensure clear communication and alignment with campaign objectives.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital and media role

  • Ability to advice on all thing’s media and data driven marketing to internal stakeholders through depth of media knowledge, providing expertise on specific channels and opportunities, data strategies, including influencer & social ecommerce, and by explaining complex information in an easily digestible way.

  • Problem solving mindset, able to work with agility and adapt to a changing media and market conditions.  

  • Strong analytical skills to define, interpret and respond to data insights.

  • Cutting edge understanding of media and brand communication landscape.

Skill

  • Setting up and optimizing campaigns within Google, Facebook/Instagram Business Manager, Twitter Ads manager, etc.

  • Analytically minded with an aptitude for handling large data sets to identify trends and actionable insights

  • Strong understanding of Paid Social best practices around for example buying strategies, formats and audiences

  • Understanding of measurement capabilities via native platforms and 3rd party tools

  • Ability to use advanced techniques like scaling Unilever 1P data, using dynamic creatives, custom audiences, LAL led automation etc in all social media platforms

  • Experience in building and utilizing 1PD, in particular DAD acquisition and DID enrichment on Digital Ads Platforms

  • Influencer Marketing Experience: Demonstrated background in influencer marketing, ideally within CPG or lifestyle sectors, with knowledge of influencer ecosystems and commercial models.

  • Campaign Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee influencer campaigns, managing both budgets and timelines effectively.

  • Relationship Building: Strong skills in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and stakeholders.

  • Agency and Contract Management: Experience in working with external agencies, negotiating contracts, and managing usage rights and deliverables.

  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in using analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and generate actionable insights.
