Our Home Care team is embarking on an exciting journey as it is responsible for managing and optimizing financial performance within the organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, monitoring trends, and provide key insights to improve the company’s financial health and profitability. The Finance Performance Management Asst. Manager collaborates with various departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. You will also play a key role in implementing financial tools and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. What can you expect from the role? • Lead monthly P&L forecasting process and in year financial delivery • Responsible for overall Home Care profitability forecast construct and accuracy (Gross margin, pricing, overhead, and overall UOP) • Engage closely with Finance Business Partner and Net Revenue Management team to analyze and forecast pricing strategy • Engage closely with Supply Chain and Supply Chain Finance team to develop and implement actions to improve key packs profitability • Prepare monthly strategic actual and forecast performance pack for Local and Global Leadership Team, including category and channel insights • Manage overhead budget including people cost, market research cost, and Travel & Expense Experience & Qualifications: • FP&A or P&L forecasting experience for at least 2-3 years • University degree, preferably on Finance, Accounting, Economics & Management major. Skills Required: • Strong critical & analytical thinking skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with various stakeholders. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide team members. • Ability to deal with large amounts of data and convert it into insight Critical SOL (Standards of Leadership) Behaviors • PASSION FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE: Takes personal responsibility and accountability for execution and results.
