Position Overview
We invite you to join us as a Home & Hygiene R&D Senior Manager, a pivotal role within our Home Care Indonesia Research and Development function. This full-time position is based at Grha Unilever BSD/NSD Cikarang and reports directly to the Homecare Indonesia R&D Director. As part of the Indonesia scope, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence that empower our brands to flourish.

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations to support innovation, cost efficiency, product competitiveness, and sustainability projects.
• Monitor and secure project timelines to ensure all initiatives are delivered on schedule and in full.
• Align and implement R&D strategies to foster business growth.
• Develop bottom-up budgets to finance key initiatives.
• Manage resources and prioritize projects effectively.
• Mentor and develop talent to ensure future readiness.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related science discipline.
• At least 10 years in a management role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated agility and high performance.
• Growth mindset and resilience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Home Care FMCG is advantageous.
