JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Customer Strategy & Business Plan
Executing the Sales Strategy & Business Plan.
Track and analyze the sales implementation including the trend.
Think big and think tight through brainstorming and prioritizing key activities.
Ensure in-store operational excellence.
Sales capability building, people management (in distributor).
2. Distributor Management and Development
Design distributor’s sales and support infrastructure, establish the rewards and recognition system.
Distributor profitability.
Conduct the distributor audit & management of Distributor Contracts.
In-depth understanding of Distributors (Distributors Insight)
3. Other Sales Essential Activities
Build and maintain productive customer relationships.
Driving change management of Digitalization adoption.
Develop strong relationships with key customers and strategic retailers to be dominant at the market.
In-depth understanding of key retail customers.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
Fresh graduates/ bachelor’s degree in any majorsis open
Max 2 years’ working experience
Min GPA 3.00 out of 4
Strong interest in working in Sales
Proactive & resilient
Strong integrity
Preferably participated/ leading in organization
Experience as a leadership team in an organization
Demonstrated ability to lead for change WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Excellent Microsoft office & Excel or Power BI to able to carry out analysis and interpretation of sales data.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As publicly announced, it is envisaged that Unilever will internally separate its Ice Cream business by July 2025, at which point this role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company. It is expected that the Ice Cream business will then separate from Unilever by the end of 2025. Any impact on terms and conditions of employment will be communicated in due course. This proposal is subject to consultation where legally required.
