Main Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts in the health & beauty category.
- Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and promotional calendars.
- Drive revenue, market share, and profitability for PC Categories.
- Build strong relationships & lead negotiations with buyers, category managers, and trade partners.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure flawless in-store execution.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand planning, and shipment accuracy.
- Prepare business reviews and present insights to internal stakeholders.
Candidate Criteria
- Min 2 years experience in sales or account management. Experience in Health & Beauty retailers or Beauty / Personal Care category will be advantage.
- Proven ability to grow and manage key accounts
- Skilled in negotiation, communication, and building client relationships
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, sales data, forecasting)
- Experience with major retailers/marketplaces and executing Joint Business Plans
- Ability to manage P&L, pricing, and trading terms
- Track record in improving supply chain performance (fill-rate, OOS)
- Strategic, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
