Job Title: Process Excellent Intern (Planning Intern)

Report to: SEA Process Excellence Manager

Duration: 4-6 Months (Start from March 2024 onwards)

Work Location: H-House Rama 9

Job Responsibilities:

• Data management and conduct analysis to identify focus/hot spot area as per task required in planning performance area e.g. Service / Inventory / Business Waste.

• Create, consolidate, and publish reports/scorecard/presentation.

• Arrangement on key meetings/calls and preparing information as well as following up the tasks.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Pivot Table and Powerpoint.
