WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable business with e-commerce partners across Home Care and Personal Divisions. Your main tasks will be:
Achieving sales targets.
Implementing Unilever product strategies for dedicated clients (omnichannel and pure players).
Negotiating JBPs and commercial conditions on an annual basis and during the year.
Building market shares with dedicated clients.
Managing P&L as well as marketing and commercial budgets.
Cooperating with content, marketing, trade marketing, and other teams.
Building long-term relationships with clients based on partnership growth.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Key Accounting role, preferably in e-commerce channel.
Knowledge of the e-commerce market and new sales channels.
Developed analytical skills.
Proven ability to create strong relationships with customers & conduct effective negotiations.
P&L – financial acumen.
Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
Capability for problem solving and decision making.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team to create added value for Unilever and the customer.
Open-minded personality and cross-cultural soft skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
