JOB PURPOSE

As Revenue Management Specialist you will be responsible for co-driving sustainable, profitable growth for the organization through channel pack pricing and promotions. If you like to work in dynamic environment, know how to read numbers and translate them into actions - you are the one we are looking for.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Utilize analytical tools and market insights (both qualitative and quantitative) to continuously review strategic pricing and price pack strategies across channels, share conclusions, and pivot as needed.
  • Support promotional pricing visibility and maximize profitable returns on all promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor revenue management KPIs and ensure the delivery of specific revenue management objectives in coordination with Sales & Trade Marketing.
  • Engage with marketing to drive innovation in portfolio pricing.
  • Support the preparation process for yearly negotiations with customers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an FMCG company in a position requiring high analytical skills, preferably in Revenue Management (sales, trade marketing, or category management background also welcome).
  • Accountable, curious, and self-driven.
  • Results-oriented and eager to see the outcomes of your work.
  • Passionate about process automation with excellent MS Excel skills, including Power Pivots.
  • Knowledge of Power BI (nice to have).

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Language skills – fluent in Polish and English.
