JOB PURPOSE:

Find your purpose within the ice cream business. Be responsible for the performance delivery of our Austrian OOH business and implement the right strategies to grow the Austrian ice cream business in the OOH channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Steering:

  • Active participation and independent management of sub-areas in the B2B e-com business OOH

  • Support in creating business plans to grow the B2B e-com business

  • Contribute to volume and budget planning in relevant areas

  • Support in the planning and execution of OOH customer development processes and activities

  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of local projects and be part of global project groups

  • Provide strong operational support to the Key Account Manager Concessionaires and the OOH B2B-Ecom Lead

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including planning, field service, finance, external agencies, as well as the central B2B-Ecom team

  • Close collaboration with the Key Account Manager Concessionaires and the OOH B2B-Ecom Lead

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Initial experiences in sales or customer management and in the digital environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A can-do mentality and true teamplayer, cultivating a culture of entrepreneuship and inclusiveness

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with customers and international teams, strong communication skills both oral and written, German & English

  • Customer & consumer focused mindset

The Junior Key Account Manager OOH will report to the Key Account Manager Concessionaires.
