You will be a member of the MCL Homecare Business Unit team and will work to define one or more business models to enter a segment with existing, entrenched competitors. You will partner with your cross-functional team to explore the consumer, customer, competitive and financial implications of entering a new category and what it will take to be successful (and potentially disrupt a new category for Unilever!). Much focus and priority will be against exploring disruptive, unexpected ways to build a new or existing brand through distribution channels, fulfillment, format, and micro-targeting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Channel Plan specifically: Channel type design on sales trend projection, execution guideline in store, tracking & auditing to match with the country strategy plan
Budget management for each channel and maximize its effectiveness to each project
Working closely with each Brand owners/ execution team and Sales team to ensure the project going as planed
Support trade monthly promotion for each Channel esp. General Trade
Analysis on Market Data, trends, consumer preference as well as competitor behaviors to optimize market strategic
In-store visibilities planning: build more visibilities to match with Brand focus each month/quarter to the market and build guideline each POSMs to execution team and monitors the performance
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate needs good interpersonal skills, time management and task prioritization skills with strong data analytics, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in sales/marketing or business.
Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales Force/Marketing in FMCG Industry.
Excellence of communication in English both written and spoken.
Excellence of operating computer such as Excel, Data Analysis and PowerPoint
Ability to work individually but also a good team player.
Curious and keen to learn more to improve personal and team capacity.
