The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben &Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support for major strategic brand projects (involvement in projects, market test monitoring, preparation of trade arguments, analysis and monitoring of evolution, and measurement of key performance indicators).

  • Analysis of brand and market information (extraction of internal sales statistics, customer evolution, analysis, and presentation of the same).

  • Involvement in the approval process for product pack designs.

  • Coordination and adaptation of creatives and advertising materials.

  • Preparation of internal/external presentations.

  • Participation in the annual marketing plan.

  • Administrative support to the area or department (tracking, management of marketing suppliers' invoices).

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Administration or master’s or related training.

  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

  • Competency with Windows and MS Office, high level of proficiency in Excel.

SKILLS

Analytical skills, organizational and communication abilities, problem-solving, time management, as well as results oriented.
