We are looking for a temporary Talent Partner to be part of the HR team in Unilever Spain/ Barcelona. This person will be reporting directly to the Employee Experience country lead, and his/her main objective wil be to support the Talent Adquisition agenda for both Italy and Spain, as well as cross functional projects, working both with the Spanish and the Italian team.
In the role of Talent Partner you will ensure the deployment of Attraction and Recruitment Processes in order to ensure the capability to create competitive advantage; in both the short and long term for Unilever.
Working closely with the HRBPs and People Partners you will be the responsible for the cross functional recruitment.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Lead the Recruitment assigned processes for different business areas (Marketing, Sales & Supporting Functions – Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, HR, etc.)
- Use of Unilever’s digital recruitment and process powered by Gamification and others.
- Be a Talent Partner for managers and HRBPs during the selection process.
- Ensure the applicant tracking system (Workday) and other HR technologies are up to date.
- Drive the Talent transformation agenda, landing new technologies and products.
- Drive change management in the organization
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in both Italian and English
- Pasion for Talent Attraction & Acquisition
- Strong planning & organisational skills
- Experience of working with data, reporting and analysis
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations
- Flexibility & willingness to learn
- Proactive troubleshooting
- Basic project management skills
- Employee engagement initiatives /employer branding activities (nice to have)
