Job Position: Marketing & CSP Lead
Function: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Director
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will have the opportunity to work in one of three categories in Unilever Myanma with great
exposure to end-to-end FMCG marketing and trade marketing experience: from manufacturing processes to creating consumer-facing assets and products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop strategic framework for different consumer demand spaces, price, and pack segments to deep dive into growth opportunities
- Develop and deploy a portfolio of products that would be relevant to evolving consumer dynamics/ latest insights and macroeconomic situation
- Lead cross-functional teams such as R&D, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing teams effectively to deliver innovation projects from ideation to deployment
- Create and adapt outstanding assets, making brands purposeful to consumers, improve brand preference and drive performance marketing
- Improve brand penetration and consumer offtake with innovative turnaround activities
- Participate in the demand planning process and strategize/execute impact-driven brand and channel-specific trade marketing plans
- Lead a team consist of marketers and trade marketers for brand plans and execution
- Develop channel strategy together with sales team to drive market development and innovation visibility for category
KEY INTERFACES
- External Advertising & creative agencies
- Internal cross functional teams (Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience preferably for FMCG products
- Experience developing concepts and brand communication
- Experience in store execution and trade channel planning
- Demonstrated high performance in project management
- Strategic thinking (sound attention for details without losing focus on big picture)
- Passion of experiencing in working as a partner with FMCG business unit to drive the organization performance/ growth
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and local language
- Good leadership skills and able to manage multiple tasks under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
