Main Responsibilities
Develop the Horeca channel focusing on the hotels/cafe/restaurants sector for sales & business development for UFS products.
Drive new customer acquisition and maximize product penetration.
Customer engagement and relationship building.
Demand creation through simple cooking.
As UFS representatives to provide Horeca business solutions.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in field sales, strong track record in the Horeca/Foodservice industry would be prioritized.
Minimum bachelor’s degree education in any major.
High passion for culinary business.
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and provide customized solutions.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently with a strong sale drive.
Willing to be placed across Indonesia and to travel as needed.
Good interpersonal skills.
Skill
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Able to do simple cooking & product applications.
Preferably fluent in English.
Disciplined with CRM admin.
