JOB PURPOSE


The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for Talent Attraction, resourcing solutions, proactively sourcing, supplying and recruiting new employees and facilitating talent moves. They manage recruitment from requisition to offer accepted and manage the talent pipeline to guide and advise on resourcing options on the Build-Borrow-Buy (eg full-time regular resource, contingent worker etc.). ​

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE         

  • Support recruitment forecasting as output from Workforce Planning and Succession Planning​

  • Provide advice on job descriptions​

  • Consult and guide HM on Sourcing strategy and selection process​

  • Pro-actively source candidates for high attrition/key roles, setting up and manage Talent Pools​

  • Conduct applicant screening​

  • Oversee interview process with candidates and hiring managers, support data-based decision making​

  • Create and extend offer within reward principles​

  • Oversee unsuccessful candidate rejection (internal candidates by Hiring Manager and external candidates by TP) ​

  • Execution of Employer Brand strategy in large markets ​

  • Manage Internship / apprentice recruitment​

  • Manage Contingent Workforce recruitment (or manage supplier)​

  • Manage external partnership (agencies, diversity recruitment partners)​

  • Develop and execute the EDI talent acquisition strategy (in accordance with EDI strategy set by the Country HR Lead) ​

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in talent acquisition

  • Experience or understanding of HR processes 

  • Understanding of Dutch labour law  

  • Managing diverse stakeholders in a proactive way and working collaboratively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
