JOB PURPOSE:

As the IC Go To Market Project Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in the strategic planning, execution, and governance of our establishment program. You will support the GTM Establishment Lead in planning for the separation process with a focus on Customer Development (CD), ensuring that objectives, timelines, and key milestones are clearly defined and met. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a major organizational transformation, driving the successful establishment of our new GtM organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Planning, Execution, and Governance: Support the planning for the separation process with a focus on CD, including defining objectives, timelines, and key milestones (critical path).
  • Partnership and Representation: Partner the GtM Establishment Lead/Team and the markets to represent the Ice Cream business in overall Project Verdi governance, focusing on the CD function.
  • Execution Management: Manage the execution of plans with strong governance to measure, accelerate, and unlock outcomes in a measurable and timely manner.
  • Business Case Management: Ensure the business case is completed and delivery tracked for your area of focus.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, developing scenarios to mitigate them.
  • Transitional Operating Model: Ensure a transitional operating model is in place for Day 1 Go-live, enabling internal and external separation of focus functions within the plan.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

SKILLS: & EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, with customer development expertise.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
