Unilever is currently hiring for a C&C Channel Asst. Account Manager – Homecare and Foods in CUSTOMER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. This role is based on ISTANBUL.
Main Responsibilities:
• Create growth strategies and operational plans for customers @ Cash&Carry channel.
• Strengthen the collaboration with business partners and achieve sustainable growth.
• Implementing Data-driven approach & mindset into the business
• Identify opportunities to help our key customers grow customers’ businesses by leveraging our portfolio, our insights into the shopper path to purchase and our cash&carry & omnichannel learnings and best practices across other customers and markets
• Work with Homecare and Foods business units & marketing team, Digital Squad, supply chain & CBD teams on fully integrated customer plans to capture share of the evolving shopper,
• Own customer relationships with all key offline & online contacts and meet on regular basis to devise and execute customer plans.
• Identify and evaluate stock, visibility, assortment, leaflets and other opportunities and analyze digital sales data and dashboard,
• Deliver business units Turnover&Volume Growth, Market Share and Penetration goals by establishing cash&carry fundamentals, prioritizing opportunities for quick growth,
• Apply best practices around penetration, growth, visibility with core CBD practices such as holistic customer investment management, forecasting, promotions, and analytics
Experiences & Qualifications:
• 1D grade CBD experience is required (at least 1 prior account management experience is preferable)
• Enthusiasm for making Unilever pioneer supplier in digital, knowledge-based world
• High level of resilience, ability to solve problems proactively and managing crisis
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Selling, Influencing, and Negotiation – understanding channel & customer’s levers to build compelling selling stories that land key priorities and drive mutual growth
• Being eager to work closely with multinational teams
• With strong business acumen and analytical skills, you must be able to understand the businesses’ needs and provide analytical/commentary insights to fuel business growth
• Multi-stakeholder management capability
• Having Customer - Shopper centric and High-Performance oriented growth mindset
• Excellent written and spoken Turkish & English is a must
• Good level of Excel and Power Point skills
