We are looking for an E-Commerce Account Executive to work with our Customer Development team in our Health & Beauty Channel.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
-Create growth strategies and operational plans for H&B customers (Gratis, Watsons, Rossmann, Eveshop, Cosmetica)
-Identify opportunities to help our key customers grow their eCommerce businesses by leveraging our portfolio, our insights into the shopper path to purchase and our eCommerce learnings and best practices across other customers and markets,
-Work with Shopper Marketing and Digital Squad teams on fully integrated customer plans to capture share of the evolving shopper,
Own customer relationships with all key digital/eCommerce contacts and meet on regular basis to devise and execute customer plans for digitally originated sales,
-Identify and evaluate content, in-stock, assortment and other opportunities and analyze digital sales data and dashboard,
-Deliver eCommerce Turnover, Market Share and Penetration goals by establishing eCommerce fundamentals, prioritizing opportunities for quick growth,
-Apply key eCommerce best practices around content, traffic, conversion in conjunction with core CD practices such as holistic customer investment management, forecasting, promotions, and analytics,
-Close collaboration with Marketing teams to respond market expectations on time efficiently.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Key Requirements
2+ years of account management experience
Being eager to work closely with multinational teams and also with top management,
Demonstrated skills and capabilities in analytical thinking & complex problem solving,
Strong communication and negotiation skills,
Multi-stakeholder management capability,
Enthusiasm for making Unilever pioneer supplier in digital, knowledge-based world
Excellent written and spoken Turkish & English is a must.
