WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

The Quality Assistant Manager - B&W Turkiye plays a key role, leading for a strong performance culture of Quality within Turkiye and as a part of the PTAB Quality Leadership team. The role directly impacts on our Brand reputations, credibility with customers and consumers and the delivery of superior product, driving business growth.

The role has responsibilities including the Turkiye sourcing unit quality team delivery, collaborative manufacturer/suppliers quality, product innovation and B&W culture of Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member of the B&W PTAB Quality LT Team. Effective cross-functional business partnering of key functions in Turkiye including SC, R&D, Brand, CMI, Customer as appropriate.
  • Manage B&W Turkiye Quality consumer trust (safety) program, including product compliance (from design to deliver) and consumer complaints with appropriate governance, risk management, QMS and audit systems. Drive the right priority actions for business quality incident reduction, including with CMs and suppliers. Management of Turkiye incidents and associated robust CAPA.
  • Manage the B&W Turkiye quality product superiority to drive business growth, including via leveraging consumer voice and creating/delivering/measuring the right product quality standards including for innovation from design to deliver.
  • Support the creation and delivery of the Turkiye Sourcing Unit quality strategy and program, for consumer safety (including compliance) and superiority.
  • Delivery of Digital Quality program for B&W Turkiye, aligned with BG, BU & sourcing unit priorities (DEOC, SPC, Digital CCPs etc).
  • Lead B&W Quality culture program for Turkiye, inspiring and influencing all business functions. Builds Quality talent and provides quality leadership within the market.
  • Management/leadership of at least one cross-PTAB Quality workstream.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive in the market.
  •  Seen as the Quality stakeholder on business unit decision making forums for Turkiye.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • University degree in general sciences or technical discipline (preferred: Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science or Microbiology degree)
  • 3-5 years general relevant business experience
  • Appropriate functional business experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain or R&D with proven track record of connecting and delivering in multi-functional forums, project management, business process improvement and team leadership
  • Quality management expertise: Developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits, and managing quality assurance programs to maintain product safety and consistency.
  • Strong knowledge of Turkiye product safety, regulations and standards

Skills

  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills, including via virtual working.
  • Business mindset with the ability to deliver across multiple functions and stages in the value chain (from design to Make to deliver).
  • Digital Skills.
  • Managing own workload and project planning. Must be able to take leadership on activities.
  • Fluent in English.
