It is Unilever’s in-house centre of business partnering and operational excellence in the area of finance services, supply chain, customs, procurement, integrated planning and performance delivery. There are 300 people in Katowice Hub.
The modern Katowice Hub office, whose interiors were designed according to the principles of sustainable development, is located in the city centre of Katowice, Poland.
We are working in the hybrid way to use the time spent in the office to influence collaboration and straighten the team spirit, using special designed for this purpose office areas.
JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
The Design2Distribute program consist of three elements:
Innovation process change management:
Build and establish a relationship with the BG SC and R&D team, to build appetite and accountability for change toward E2E pack and pallet design.
Develop success stories in how to optimize Density/pack and pallet pattern design for logistics on the right time within our innovation process.
Establish and govern the pipeline of Innovation projects in 2025-2027 where pack and pallet design will be (re-)evaluated.
Establish and land the global program together with the BG SC teams and BG R&D teams to change the way we build Density Improvement/ pack and pallet patterns, to ensure we do this the First Time Right.
Optimize our current portfolio:
Define and establish the right toolset incl. playbooks in collaboration with our regional logistics teams to review our product base on pack and pallet design to optimize our Logistics cost base
Identify key opportunity areas to optimize pack and pallet patterns across the various regions and BG/BUs. Align opportunities with necessary stakeholders and establish and govern global action plans to change.
Connect:
Build and establish a relationship with cross functional team , as to translate needs and requirements for Global D2D program.
Develop a community of Practice cross functionally to share learnings and best practices.
Develop D2D Digital tool under CTS umbrella focusing on density improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
University level degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering is required
5yrs+ experience managing large global/BU programs
Logistics background with a good understanding of Pack and Pallet Design
Skills
Stakeholder relationship management
Demonstrated ability of leading change management in matrix organizations
Must be a strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution
Must have the ability to interact at various levels of the company (managing up and down)
A strong and dedicated understanding towards the Beauty & Wellbeing Business Group needs
A strong bias for action
Must be able to flex leadership styles based on the situational need to maximize output
Experience in managing multi-national teams is an advantage
