Role Title : Ice Cream Go To Market Safety, Security, Health and Environment Lead
Location: Mangahan, Pasig
Ice Cream Supply Chain involves the partnership with warehousing and trucking companies to ensure timely fulfillment and excellent service. The partnership spans offices, dozens of depots and thousands of trucks in the Philippines.
This complex operation is made more challenging with underdeveloped road system infrastructure and a far from mature safety driving/riding mindset and culture. We aim to be a catalyst of Safety and Security in all areas we operate in and this role is in a prime place to be a positive agent of change.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Craft, deploy and enhance the Ice Cream Logistics Safety and Security Program, spanning transport and warehousing safety and security in the frozen supply chain, aiming to eliminate logistics related fatalities, drastically reduce incidents and eliminate security losses.
- Craft, deploy and enhance Workplace Safety and Security Program, covering all sites where our employees, partners and products are located.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Must have experience working in a logistics related field either/both in transport and warehousing and or facilities management
- Preferably have licensure and/or certification as a Safety Officer as prescribed by DOLE (SO 1-5)
- Preferably has experience and/or certification pertaining to the Fire Code of the Philippines
