KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.   Leads in the implementation of the Maintenance methodology and foundations towards Zero Breakdown concept on use of SAP-PM as system tools on Asset and Job order management.

2.   Sets and establishes Planned Maintenance and enrollment of Spare Parts for inventory.

3.   Create work breakdown structure on all assets in the Computerized maintenance management system or SAP-PM

4.   Improves the PM Plan of all manufacturing equipment by making the root cause analysis on recurring downtime.

5.   Establishes the monitoring systems and procedures on the plant PM and control of operational budget related to maintenance.

6.   Maps and assess all critical equipment to prioritize PM & PdM activity to reduce the downtime impact.

7.   Monitors and analyzes conducted PM if within the time frame as scheduled.

8.   Ensures that resources are available for the Planned PM.

9.   Provides necessary support on all plant’s major repairs and emergency maintenance works.

10. Recommends the need for machine PM plan schedule.

11. Masters SAP PM asset creation, enrollment, and classification.

12. Identifies training needs and conducts in-house training programs, recommends outside training course whenever necessary.

13. Inform the Engineering Manager on all matters affecting operations and maintenance works.

14. Promotes the use of learning tools like Breakdown Analysis (BDA), One Point Lesson (OPL) and be a subject matter Expert in any technical subject in his area of responsibility (SME)

15. Share his knowledge on maintaining equipment and basic techniques to production operators to eliminate force deterioration of machines.

16. Assists plants on safety and environmental projects and initiatives

17. Pursue personal knowledge enhancement according to new technology and business requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male or Female

• Graduate of any Engineering course (Mechanical , Electrical, Electronic, Chemical or Computer)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in PM and Pdm planning

• Knowledgeable in SAP – PM CMMS

• Data Management and analytics

• Possess good planning, organizing, directing, and controlling skills

• Good in decision making, critical thinking and troubleshooting

• Proficient in Microsoft office application

• Knowledgeable in reliability engineering methodology

• Good leadership ability
