Position:Ice Cream TI - System support
Scope: Cambodia & Laos, Full-time, 1 Year Contractor
Reports to: CD Operations Manager
Location: Cambodia

The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben &Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Training to new users/salesman and rollout new DTs.
- Receive all issues/request/concern from user.
- Record all Incidents in Service now, capturing relevant information and documenting initial support provided.
- Solve common Issues
- Classify incidents and manage escalations based on agreed SLA
- Resolve Process related issues. User education.
- End to end management of incidents.
- Validate / Confirm the resolution & conclude the calls with users.
- Follow up / Support users to do UAT for fix bugs CR release.
- For CR released on Production, L1 to send announcement to all DTs for the changes.
- Escalate potential risks to Country LE Team.
- Any task as assigned by BAU lead.
Skills:
- SAP System Implementation: Hands-on experience in SAP-led operations and integration with Distribution Management Systems (DMS).
- IT Service Management: Proficient in managing IT service requests, incidents, and escalations to global support teams.
- Business Application Support: Skilled in identifying digital transformation (DT) requirements and bridging system gaps for business performance enhancement.
- Data Analysis Support: Assist teams in generating and preparing data for business analysis and consulting purposes.
- Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive user manuals, SOPs, and training materials for system users.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Good in Excel, Power Point, Word
- Able to make decisions despite uncertainty with rationality, logic, and trend
- Comfortable with number and data learning and management
- Learning agility and adaptability in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication in English
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, digital transformation, or system implementation roles.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required):
- SAP Certification
- Project Management
- Data Analytics or Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
