MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Deploys Global Quality strategy on digital transformation & automation implementation within Unilever own factories and warehouses
Collaborates and creates a community with Greater Asia sites, warehouses, collaborative manufacturing partners and suppliers to allow automation and reducing manual activity.
Able to work and influence cross functional team such as Quality, Production, Engineering, Manex and Finance for digital project design, plan, risk assessment/mitigation and execution.
Liaises with the Global Digital Quality team to align strategy and framework for global quality digital programs such as DEOC deployment, Digital SPC and CCP implementation, etc.
Leads the early phase definition & development of strategic digital projects working closely with the factory and warehouse, able to assess Return of Investment or Benefits / Cost ratio.
Drive the quality digitalization and automation roadmap linked to the masterplan.
Consolidate the CapEx budget for each country in Greater Asia by aligning the priority with the factory team and BU Engineering team. Monitor and ensure factory team deliver spending as per agreed target.
Facilitates capability building to integrate and digitize Consumer Quality Insight to drive quality improvement & Product Superiority Index.
Conducts training and drives digital upskilling within internal Greater Asia Quality team e.g. digital tools, digital platforms (Quality One, Buildapps), Microsoft Power platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Flow).
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
Professional IT or Engineering Skills
In-depth experience in manufacturing technologies in design/ technology/ operations roles.
Project Delivery (All sub skills - Fully Operational)
WCM EEM (Working Knowledge)
Capital Estimate Development (Fully Operational/ Leading edge)
Cost Benchmarking (Fully Operational/ Leading Edge)
Familiar with Digital Factory: Data Acquisition, Data Visualization and Data Analytics
Familiar with Robotic and EoL Automation
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT (preferably Supply Chain IT), Operational Management or Project Engineering
Solid experience in managing E2E project spanning across technologies.
Self-driven: strong drive to learn and high intensity to deliver target
Influencing and strong communication skill to collaborate and to drive others
Has proven experience on leading digital projects in FMCG industries (processing and packing)
Significant Project / Design Management experience
