The business context:
Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) PH aims to achieve PHP6B in 2024 and achieve 15% YOY growth from hereon + foodservice division of Unilever. It leads the dynamic Food Service market across its categories and has ambitious growth objectives, marketing a range of professional savoury, dressings products and services to chefs across the country.
Currently UFS relies on sales reps visiting chefs to generate demand. Broadcast communication mediums are not yet developed, which limits the pace of growth. Digital offers a huge opportunity and future growth for UFS depends on evolving the business model and developing contact strategies to reach the 95% of operators we do not visit. Ambitious targets to transform our business towards a more digitally advanced one have been agreed with the Global board and set in motion.
Main purpose of the job:
As Data & Business Technology Executive, (s)he will support the Data & Business Technology Manager in achieving the strategic roadmap that aligns with the country’s topline and profit goals.
(S)he will help foster a culture of digital transformation through a future-fit UFS PH to drive both topline and profit.
(S)he will assist in the management of automated monitoring & processes, platform integration, single customer view, customer lifetime value.
(S)he will support in the management of reporting & dashboarding, running data models, managing the local database and enhancing impact through dedicated business efforts (funnel approach).
(S)he will help the Data & Business Technology Manager to closely involve in integrating the full data infrastructure.
(S)he will assist in the development and use of technology, data systems, monitor and analyze information and technology systems, and ensure that these systems meet company standards for accuracy and compliance.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Data Analysis & Insighting
Generate insights by executing & using sales figure interpretation models. Perform analysis based on globally developed data models in collaboration with data scientists to optimize existing models.
Maintain fully-profiled operators (FPO) and reports status to CD Team to take action. Deliver qualified leads to CD Team.
Ensure all leads are transferred to the system and are followed-up correctly and promptly.
Refine the lead prioritization system (eOTM) to assess and score leads, estimating the likelihood of purchase.
Evaluate and recommend more effective persona segmentation model across the entire funnel
Support campaign automation via Marketo by managing data flows from other platforms
Develop and refine predictive analytics for applications like recommendation engines, food trend predictions, fall out account alerts.
Data Visualization & Reporting
Translate data into BI at the top and end of the funnel based on the grip-grab-grow model by delivering advice to CDEs and the Digital team. Focus on acquiring new businesses and winning back lost operators.
Deliver and manage dashboards to visualize BI to the rest of the organisation.
Data Management
Assist the Data & Technology manager in integrating all sales, marketing and digital data into the local data infrastructure.
Harness the value of data through cleaning; organizing from all touchpoints
Act as the gatekeeper of data quality and integrity as required by the business.
Interface Management
Close coordination with Global Data team on data capture and ingestion of operator data.
Collaborate with Global Data Team on defining the requirements for data capabilities, interfaces, tools, models and building capabilities as required.
Acts as gatekeeper of data quality and integrity as required by the business.
Tech Management
Contribute to and assist Data & Tech Manager in implementing standards and changes to systems and processes.
Analyze complex data systems (data elements, data flow, relationships, and dependencies).
Support enterprise-wide compliance with enterprise standards, processes, and policies.
Document functional specifications, plan and schedule projects up to execution.

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS FOR THE JOB
Key skills
Knowledge with the use of SQL, Excel and general database
Strong communication skills with the ability to be a data thought leader, effectively conveying crucial data insights
Knowledge of the content & structure of the database and end to end flow of tech/ systems
Team player that can work cross-functional
(with CD, Marketing, data technology teams, 3P supporting data, tools, Customer Service, etc)Knowledge of handling sales figures
Fluent English communication skills, verbal & written
Influencing all necessary stakeholders to deploy all business requirements in line with the strategy
Ability to create reporting which is accessible, usable and highly focused on delivering insights
Ability to explain the data in a simple way to stakeholders in the company & understand their business needs
Able to analyse & collect business insights to teams so they can have a bigger impact with the limited resources available
With a passion for learning and creating Adhoc materials for all channels
Relevant experience
At least 1-3 Yrs working experience as Data Engineer or Data Analyst
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Armstrong, LE, SAP, data lake and/or digital (CRM) tools will be an advantage
Passion for data and customer service
Experience with reporting (PowerBI), advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Flow, others
Nice to Have
Has experience interpreting (sales/financial/marketing) figures
Experience in working at a multi-country organization
B2B experience
Experience in Customer service, Digital Marketing and Campaigning
