Job Purpose

Oral Care is a key category within Personal Care Philippines, comprising Closeup and Pepsodent. Closeup, in particular, is a challenger brand with a history of iconic campaigns targeting the youth. You will be at the forefront of demand creation to excite our young consumers and explode growth for Closeup and Pepsodent. This role will report to the Oral Care PH Category Lead for a fixed term of 1 year.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

Business Management

  • Responsible for the health, performance, and end-to-end P&L management of assigned Closeup and Pepsodent projects, including topline sales delivery, and brand & marketing investment management to deliver bottom line profits.

  • Leads weekly project task force meetings, both to internal and external stakeholders, to monitor brand operations, ensuring agreed deployment plans are progressing as planned OTIF.

  • Contributes to their part of the business in the monthly S&OP cycles (Activity & Demand Review, Local Sales & Operations Meeting) including sales analysis and spotting of issues and opportunities


Social-First Demand Creation

  • Spearheads the creation and development of social-first Oral Care Marketing Plans for assigned projects

  • Campaign development and deployment including but not limited to traditional media, digital, social and below the line executions for new and existing products

  • Responsible for legal and regulatory compliance in accordance to ASC, FDA, DTI etc.

  • Leads OTIF PLE review of launched projects, with a point of view on course corrective actions or step up plans.

  • Financial Metrics: Underlying Sales Growth (USG) and Underlying Operating Margin (UOM)

  • Unmissable Brand Superiority, Brand Power & Market Share Growth

Skills, Experiences & Qualifications

  • Business or Category Planning

  • Consumer and Customer Understanding

  • Marketing Communications with strong native insight into PR and Social

  • Project Management and Problem Solving

  • Good with Numbers (Sales Analytics, Business Cases, etc.)

  • Communication & Presentation Skills

  • Leading Teams and Managing Stakeholders

  • Amenable for a fixed term contract role for 1 year.
