POSITION PURPOSE

In this role, you will drive HR excellence through operations with a problem-solving mentality and operational focus.
Hub HR Specialists collaborate across regional hubs with specific HR business partners, managing complex data across geographies. They proactively plan and manage key points in the year, ensuring accurate data entry, flagging issues, and promptly resolving problems, along with timely and accurate document processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support employee job changes and data entry, including document generation, data changes, benefits migration, and handling joiners, movers, and leavers.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and completion within People Systems (Workday).
Ensure timely data migration to payroll systems to avoid employee impacts.
Collaborate with Payroll to learn and integrate the new system.
Secure necessary approvals and authorizations based on SOPs.
Perform data validation as needed, especially during the APR cycle.
Manage data, reporting, and probation administration.
Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality in employee records and transactions.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
Proven experience in Workday.
Understanding of HR process and policy with experience working in regional or multi country operations is desirable
Knowledge of HR processes.
Languages: Spanish / fluent English
