Unilever is currently hiring for Project Manager (sales).
Job Purpose:
Take charge of assigned projects and processes. Develop modern IT solutions that support the sales team, provide a competitive edge, increase efficiency, and reduce complexity. Work closely with IT solution providers.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
Manage projects related to IoPS, VC, AI, and e-RTM
Oversee business aspects of assigned projects
Collaborate with IT solution providers, CDO, and CBD
Work with both internal and external stakeholders
Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
Monitor user behaviour, understand their needs, and proactively create solutions
Conduct business and technical analysis, and develop new solution concepts
Prepare and update project schedules
Coordinate testing of implemented projects
Ensure timely and quality completion and reporting of tasks
Communicate effectively with internal and external clients
Provide materials for ongoing projects
Keep an eye on competitor activities
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Project management experience
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince 2, Agile, Scrum, DevOps preferred)
Experience leading a software development or enhancement team (a plus)
Experience working with developers, testers, and business analysts (a plus)
Experience in the Sales Department (a plus)
Ability to create project schedules
Strong analytical skills to break down complex business processes
Ability to express and defend opinions and find compromises
Prioritization, planning, and task execution skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Creativity and dedication to tasks
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Presentation skills
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project (a plus)
