We are looking for an IC OOH Channel Marketing Manager to join our Out of Home channel team in our Barcelona (Viladecans) headquarters. This is a great opportunity to lead the growth of the category in the out of home market.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Definition of the annual plan for the category adapted to the out-of-home channel, with a priority focus on the different dealers.
• Design and develop the plan to attract new ice cream customers, from defining the objective to preparing all the tools and monitoring the achievement of this objective.

• Management of standard visibility materials for the ice cream business, as well as catalogues and price lists.
• Ensure excellence in the execution at the point of sale of the different channels.
• Collaboration with the Business Developers and Territory Managers teams to develop business plans and achieve annual objectives.
• Collaborate with the different functions of the category (marketing, planning) to ensure an integrated and aligned plan
• Analyze the performance of the business KPIs with the marketing team and develop correction plans if necessary.
• Lead the S&OP process together with planning and finance.
• Manage the BMI and CPP budgets of CSP OOH, ensuring good optimization and control of the investment.
• Design and develop the agenda and priority activities for the sales team.
• Manage a person in charge.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar
5+ years of professional experience in a similar Trade Marketing position in the Out-of-Home channel. Experience in the impulse and Horeca channels is highly valued
Person with a high level of leadership, proactivity and initiative.
Experience in managing projects with sales teams is essential.
Demonstrated experience in passion for growth and teamwork.
Advanced level of Spanish and English.
High level of computer skills in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).
